   Foreign individuals who wish to purchase /acquire a restricted residential property at Sentosa Cove can obtain fast track approval from Singapore's Land Dealings (Approval) Unit.

   Foreign purchasers of a bungalow (land only or land and building) in Sentosa Cove can apply for Permanent Residency under this Scheme.
