Sentosa Cove invites Offers for One of its Last Batches of Seafront Bungalow Parcels

SINGAPORE, 08 May 2007 – With only a small handful of seafront bungalow land parcels left in its entire development, Sentosa Cove will be inviting offers for four highly coveted bungalow land parcels, situated literally by the edge of the sea within its gated Southern Residential Precinct, on 10 May 2007.

Slightly larger than previous land parcels ranging from 900sqm to almost 1,000sqm, interested homeowners would only need to submit their highest offer on 22 May, above the minimum reserve of $1,000psf, based on land area. Interested homeowners could also amalgamate adjoining land parcels and offer a bid on two, instead of just one, land parcel.

With only 29 prime seafront bungalow parcels in the Southern Residential Precinct, out of which 21 have been released and sold, this could be the last opportunity for homeowners who have a penchant for seafront living to purchase a home in Singapore by the sea.

Currently, over 83 per cent of Sentosa Cove has been sold with close to 70 families having moved into their new homes.

The present benchmark price for its seafront bungalow land parcel remains at $1,308psf, sold at a last similar exercise in October last year.
